In order to speed up testing, on injection my hack starts a thread that waits until a key is pressed, then calls FreeLibraryAndExitThread(hModule, 0); It unloads my DLL, but apparently it does not fully unload it, because when I try to delete the DLL or compile a newer version, windows complains about it still being open in hl2.exe. Nothing else should be referencing my DLL, should it?.......
